Cleopatra Shits Noisily in Leggings While Pregnant in Latex

The stench builds as the foul reek of fresh feces as Cleopatra, dressed in tight latex leggings, lets out a loud, resonant fart. Her pregnant belly jiggles slightly as she strains, pushing out a thick, dark stool that splatters onto the shiny fabric.

She reaches down to smear the warm, sticky mess across her leggings, relishing the sensation. The latex catches and holds the poop, creating a beautiful, messy display. Cleopatra scat fans will appreciate the detailed close-ups of her pregnant form and the way she handles the excrement with confidence and finesse.
