Kim Koettbullar Takes Charge in a Solo Scat Romp Filled

The shot holds on Kim Koettbullar as she sits on a luxurious toilet, preparing for her solo scat romp. She takes a deep breath, and the first pile of crap emerges, landing in the bowl with a satisfying plop. Kim's face shows a mix of concentration and satisfaction and she moves to defecate, creating a substantial mess.

After a few moments, Kim stands up and reaches for a clyster. She inserts it carefully, filling herself with a liquid that soon leads to more defecation. The new mess spills out, and she sets to smear it across her skin, enjoying the texture. She then leans forward to shit on face, relishing the taste before smearing it even further.
