Kim Koettbullar's Solo Scat Blowout: An Amateur Defecation Spectacle

The lens holds on Kim Koettbullar as she sits on a lavement, preparing for a clyster. Her expression is one of anticipation as the enema fills her up, causing her to shift slightly. She holds the enema tube with one hand, such that it stays in place as her body begins to react. The tension builds as she clenches and releases, her face showing a mix of discomfort and excitement.

Finally, Kim Koettbullar lets go, a large pile of crap splattering into the lavement. She watches intently as the mess grows, her eyes following each movement. She reaches down to smear some of the feces on her skin, enjoying the sensation.
