KatiePoo's Extreme Diaper Pooping Round in Glory

The shot holds on KatiePoo's plump behind as she sits on a padded chair, wearing a clean diaper. She starts to push, and the diaper bulges with fresh, warm poop. Her face contorts with effort, and the video shows the texture of the feces as it fills the diaper.

After finishing, KatiePoo stands up, the diaper now visibly heavy with her load. She smears the poop around, feeling the warmth and consistency. She then bends over, allowing the camera to capture the detailed mess before she reaches down to copro films, soaking up the taste of her own excrement.
